Our best price guarantee gives you the assurance that the products you buy from our store are offered to you at the best price on the market. If you find a lower price on the same item, or an equivalent product, advertised by another Canadian retailer, we will offer you that product at a lower price. If the product is not identical, GBI will judge whether the item qualifies for our price guarantee.

No price adjustments will be allowed during major holiday promotional periods.

How to apply

Visit our store or contact us at (581) 446-1115 or email us at ventes@interdistribution.ca and present proof of lower priced item. Eligible requests made at the time of purchase will be reduced to obtain the best price; for requests made on a previous purchase, no refund will be issued.

• For a price match with a competitor, we need proof in the form of an advertisement or the printed web page of the competitor's website.

Eligibility criteria

We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and availability of items offered at the same price, to limit the quantity of such items offered at a better price to one product per customer, and to void or modify this warranty terms without notice.

• The advertised product is identical (same model, warranty, color, components and set included in the price), or similar (similar properties) Ex, material, grader, weight, etc.
• The product listed or its price is not a "special offer" such as a bonus or free offer; private pay; exchange balance; special order, "limited quantity", "deal of the day", "shock item", "unique", or "Best of Black Friday", liquidation or similar offer; price after discount; Good; store credit; gift card or similar credit; items sold "as is" including refurbished merchandise, demonstration models, unboxed stock, and scratched and dented items.
• The price match request cannot be made on a previous purchase.
• In the case of the best price guarantee, a sales associate verifies that the advertised product is in stock and available for immediate sale on the competitor's website or at a nearby store.
